Return & Refund Policy

At The ROYALINE, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Eligible Items The following items are eligible for return:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Items received incorrectly

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Skincare and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sleepwear that has been worn or washed

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at alana@theroyaline.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps, including a return address specific to your order.

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
